WOW-O-WEE-WOW! What a poor excuse for a blog this has become. How easy it is to fall into the depths of daily doldrums and forget you even have a blog. The shame is unbearable...
I will tell you this. I do have big plans to expand my blog with more interviews, training notes, teaching experiences, MMA thoughts and analysis, life as a guy who does this junk for a living, and whatever else I can squeeze in. I'll be changing up the software and look over the next month or so and furiously writing to make up for all the lost days (months) I have failed you.
